We manage your Airbnb listing on your behalf — creating and optimising the listing, handling all guest communication, coordinating cleaning and turnovers, managing pricing, and sending you a monthly income report. You keep full ownership of the listing and property. We simply take a percentage of the revenue as our fee.
Airbnb management is short-stay (nightly/weekly) and typically earns 30–50% more income but requires more day-to-day management (which we handle). Long-term rental management means we find a tenant, sign a lease (usually 6–12 months), and manage the tenancy on your behalf — giving you stable, predictable monthly income with less turnover. We'll recommend the best option based on your property's location and your goals.
Our fees range from 10% to 25% of monthly revenue depending on the level of service. There are no upfront costs to get started. We only earn when you earn — so we're fully aligned with maximising your income. See our pricing section for full details.
Absolutely. One of the major advantages of Airbnb over long-term rental is flexibility. You can block off any dates you want and use the property yourself — just let us know in advance and we'll make sure no guests are booked for those periods.
