Airbnb management is short-stay (nightly/weekly) and typically earns 30–50% more income but requires more day-to-day management (which we handle). Long-term rental management means we find a tenant, sign a lease, and manage the tenancy on your behalf — giving you stable, predictable monthly income. We'll recommend the best option based on your property's location and goals.
Our fees range from 10% to 25% of monthly revenue depending on the level of service. There are no upfront costs to get started. We only earn when you earn — so we're fully aligned with maximising your income.
